Roots fan consists of: casing, wall panels, impeller, oil tank, muffler five major components. Belong to the volumetric fan, impeller end face, fan front and rear end caps. The principle is to use two leaf-shaped rotor in the cylinder for relative motion to compress and transport gas rotary compressor. This kind of blower is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, widely used in aquaculture oxygenation, sewage treatment aeration, cement conveying, more suitable for low pressure occasions of gas conveying and pressurizing system, can also be used as a vacuum pump and so on.
Product Characteristics

1. Rotation: facing the fan pulley (coupling), the left side of the counterclockwise direction of rotation for the positive direction; the right side of the clockwise direction of rotation for the positive direction.

3. The impeller is made of ductile cast iron QT500-7 and the shaft is made of No.45 high quality Lai Steel. The impeller profile is composite type, less leakage during operation.
In the high-speed operation of the shaft and the impeller to maintain the interference between 0.01MM, so that the leaf shaft in high-speed operation does not loosen.
4. The synchronizing gear of Roots fan adopts spur gear structure, which has smooth transmission and oil immersion lubrication for lower noise.
5. One end of the bearing of Roots fan adopts splash lubrication, and the other end of the bearing adopts grease lubrication. The fan with double oil tanks adopts splash lubrication at both ends.
6. The cooling method of Roots fan is water cooling/air cooling, the transmission method is direct drive/belt pulley, and the fan is a single-stage fan.
7. The motor is compatible with the institutional characteristics, working conditions and environmental conditions of the Roots fan, the insulation class of the motor is F, the protection class is IP54, 380V, 50HZ.
8. Lubricant specification: gear lubricant grade: N220, bearing lubricant grade: lithium grease ZL-3.
